Temperature analysis experiment with backwall

About this project

The project goal is to do a temperature analysis of two blocks of IGBTs with a heatsink kept in a room. A combination of conductive and natural convective heat transfer should be used. The expected result is a higher temperature at the copperplates as they are the heat source spread to the heatsink.
