Same as 2.4 but with smaller rotation values and with sim results no longer reporting on individual blades

Same as normal 2.4, only the Flow Velocity (U) is 2.5 rather than 0.9

Same as 2.3   (excluding flow and rotation velocities) A clean slate to do experiments on.
