This exercise examines compressible internal flow in two separate configurations: 
-Compressible flow in a converging-diverging nozzle
-Supersonic flow over a forwards-facing step

Examine subsonic flow over a NACA 5012 airfoil at two different Reynolds number.

In this exercise, we will examine the flow in a lid-driven cavity. Consists of a cavity with three stationary walls and one moving upper wall. The moving wall moves at a constant
velocity of 1 m/s in the x coordinate direction. The cavity has a height of h and a width of w.
